Dr. Do Dinh Hung studied chemistry at Saigon University of Science starting in 1971 and then at Saigon Medical University starting in 1973, graduated in 1979. After graduation, Dr. Hung worked at Minh Hai Province’s Hospital for 10 years, specializing in dentistry and odonto-maxillofacial surgery. As a head of Odonto-Maxillofacial Surgery Department at this hospital, Dr. Hung performed thousands of odonto-maxillofacial related surgeries, including pathologies, maxillofacial malformations and trauma for patients at Bac Lieu and Southwestern Provinces.

In 1994, Dr. Do Dinh Hung was the first Doctor to establish a dental clinic which followed the model of a US dental clinic and he was also one in the first group of doctors that perform Implant placement in Viet Nam. During this time, Dr. Hung attended the post graduated program masters in Dental Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry at Texas University, US.

In the 2000s, Dr. Do Dinh Hung was the Head of Prosthodontics Department, then Vice President at National Hospital of Odonto– Stomatology in HCMC – Ministry of Health. At this hospital Dr. Hung treated the government leaders such as late General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, former General Secretary Le Kha Phieu, former Prime Minister Phan Van Khai, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, and many other officials as well.

In 2008, Dr. Do Dinh Hung started the research for The Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine with thesis related to Dental Implant in 108 Institute of Clinical Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Untill now, Dr. Do Dinh Hung has directly managed and performed hundreds of surgeries related to implant and aesthetic dentistry at his dental clinic, which was previously TU XUONG clinic and is now Dr. HUNG & ASSOCIATES DENTAL CENTER, located at 244A Cong Quynh street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Dr. Do Dinh Hung particularly focuses in Implant placement with Nobel Biocare implant system, which uses Nobel Guide software to create the surgical guide template to be used in implant placement. This technique is faster and more accurate, applying “ALL on 4” technique of Nobel Biocare for edentulous customers. At the same time, Dr Hung has been improving Cosmetic Dentistry with porcelain veneer to get the perfect smile for the customers.

Graduated in 1979 from Ho Chi Minh City Medical and Pharmaceutical University with concentration in Odonto-Maxillofacial.
DFMS (Diplôme de Formation Médicale Spécialisée, or Diploma of Specialist Medical Training)– Level I: in Maxillofacial Surgery
DFMS – Level II: in Odonto Restoration
Completed postgraduate education at Texas University, U.S from 1994 to 1999 with concentration in Dental Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Lecturer in Dental Implant at many Dental Implant training of Odonto-Maxillo facial surgery hospital of HCMC-Vietnam.
